FOR PARENTS: WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO RAISE OUR KIDS IN THE CHURCH?

Psalm 127:3-5 ESV

Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward. Like arrows in the hand of a warrior are the children of one's youth. Blessed is the man who fills his quiver with them! He shall not be put to shame when he speaks with his enemies in the gate.

The very important reason why it is so important to raise our kids in the church is for them to know God and belive in God existence, that God is real. To let them believe that God is not a myth and most of  all to let them build a trust in the Lord, in that way , they will always be directed to righteous right way because when raising children in the church, they hear God's word, they see fellowship, they hear the songs of praise and peaople are praying and asking for prayer and healing touch unlike when tey are in the world instead of going to church on Sunday, what do children see in the earthly, wordly surrounding? People are fighting,  shouting, dringking, gambling, . The effects of what the children see and hear can be destructive and depressive for the children as they grow up they cannot depart easily from what they seeing and hearing. if they hear bad words from their parents at their very early age, they could learn it easily. When they see their parents fighting, its hard for the kids to daprt from their mind what they see and hear. When they are in church, they hear good news, good words, fellowship, respect from each other, smiling, singing and laughing while prasing God. This scenario will help the kids to grow happily, to grow spiritually and to grow up with respect to others.
